Van Rene Rhoades is a U.S. Army veteran, working mother of three, and founder of Tuck & Tote, a New York-based modular lifestyle gear company. After years of balancing full-time work and motherhood, she recognized a structural flaw in the diaper bag category: most bags were designed for a single stage of infancy and failed to reflect the real transitions modern families move through daily.

Rather than redesign another diaper bag, she engineered a modular carry system built around adaptability, longevity, and structural problem-solving. Her debut product, The Little Hauler™, was awarded the 2026 iF DESIGN AWARD in the Professional Concept category, selected from more than 10,000 global submissions.

Rhoades builds Tuck & Tote without outside investors, prioritizing product integrity, materials, and long-term category evolution over rapid scale.
